• Good Friends uses the information to answer your request, prepare your quote and next steps, and maintain business records where required.
• This website does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers and does not sell personal information.

How details are handled

• Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate communications, business systems, or collection service.
• Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
• Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email system can guarantee absolute security.
• The website is intended for adults seeking waste collection and is not directed to children under 13.
